Shipping policy

 

All Orders over $99 are Free Shipping.

If not, your Flat Rate is $5.00 for PR and US.

Puerto Rico Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days after being shipped out.

US Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 days after being shipped out.

Rica& Underwear is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS. We will track your package and do everything in our power to locate it. 

If the customer write the address incorrectly, Rica& Underwear will not refund the shipping cost. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send. 

We cannot guarantee orders to be shipped out on time on Special Seasons like: Christmas, Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
